Sorry, I mean physical exercise which may rip your muscles apart and not any easy mantra. But you may start the game simply and easily, as slow and steady only can win the race. Exercise can come in different forms. You can start with simple exercises and can proceed to heavier ones, or just follow with a regular pattern of exercise. In this, you can go to your office by walking or come back walking. Doing more manual work and taking more effort in that sense, will help. Heavier workouts may seem unpleasant to those in their 50s. So, regular walking of 20-30 minutes and simples outdoor games as badminton will help. Walking may seem too easy for youngsters. You can do with jogging or running fast, if your body buildup allows it.
You can also make slight changes in your diet, to make it a healthier and leaner one. Including more vegetables and fruits, rather than fatty substitutes will help in reducing fatty composition of your meals. Drinking as much of plain water, instead of coke or such sugary syrups can also work wonders.

Yes, it is possible. There are two main ways of getting ripped off with your body fat. One is by dieting and let your body consume the pre-stored fats for its metabolic activities. It can help ripping our the stored body fat, and the result- a more leaner YOU. But it is really hard for one who love foods. At times, it may be even unimaginable for a person to diet on the foods.
The second way to cut down fat deposits is by doing more exercise daily and thereby cutting down body fat. This can work fine with anyone except those having chronic problems with respiratory and cardiac systems. It is advised to start with normal exercises and then continue to more heavier ones to get your fats burned off quickly. Apart from becoming leaner, this has some added benefits too. You will end up with a really health and muscular body, by the end of the program. You will love losing up your weights and will work more with weights, the second weights are those in your gym.

At the beginning of my course, I was unable to do even 5 push-ups continuously. But now, I can do a 3 reps of 50 each, in a matter of 20 minutes or less. Now I have a stronger body and non-sagging muscles. But it was not at all a hard practice for me and I really enjoyed the game. II hate weight loss without any muscle gain. Why should I burn my fat for nothing? I used to take almost equal amount of food I used to consume before, during this time. But only the content I took differed.
First and foremost, what I did was limiting my potato fries. My MD, Mr. Mike hates me taking fries, and now, me too. He advised me to take some carrot whenever I wish to much my fries. It really worked well. In my opinion, eating raw carrot slices can improve your dental health too. Mike says, it will help to increase beta carotene level in body, which is a good anti aging chemical.
Apart from my French fries, what he restricted was Coke. I was a great fan of coke. But now, I regret about it. 3 liters of coke was my minimum consumption in a day. Now, fruit juices and lime took their place. I feel somewhat more pleasant now. Mike even stops me from consuming milk and coffee, due to their high calorific values.
Foods of high calories will never help you to rip your fats off. Instead of coke, he recommends me to take in water, as much as I can. Water is a good appetite reducer. Effects of water in reducing body weight is a much talked-about topic. Whenever we feel hungry, we can drink some water water. It will reduce the hungry feeling, by suppressing appetite. Water itself has no other weight loss properties, I think. It will increase sweating and excretion process and kidneys will feel good, if you take more water.
Another idea he implemented on me was to intake more protein than carbohydrates and fats. Carbohydrates are known to be the main calorie suppliers. Replacing it completely with protein can cause ill effects. Instead, it is advised to take low carb diets. Low carb or low calorie diets can easily cut down fats. It is because, body starts using up the fat stored in muscles for metabolism. It results in a reduction of fat deposit in muscles and thereby a leaner body. But, as body start using up fats, muscles will go saggy. In order to avoid that and to make it stiffer, it is advised to take more proteins. Along with protein intake, we should do physical workouts to build more muscle. As workout increase, body start building up muscles in order to withstand pressure of workouts. The result is a more healthier YOU.
